This program focuses on building foundational emotional regulation, engagement, and handler skills that support learning in everyday environments.
It is a good fit for dogs who:
struggle with mild to moderate arousal
need support with leash skills and focus

Session structure & use of time
Sessions are structured to support the dog’s learning capacity and emotional regulation on a given day.
While sessions are scheduled in one-hour blocks, the amount of active training time may vary based on the dog’s arousal level, threshold, and the type of work we are focusing on.
Depending on the session, active training time may range from approximately 15 to 60 minutes.
Shorter sessions are often intentional and reflect best practices in behavior work, where learning is most effective when the dog remains under threshold and able to process information.
Any unused time from a session is banked and carried forward within the program. This allows us to work flexibly, prioritize quality over duration, and adjust session length as needed without loss of value to the client.
What to Expect
Behavior change is not linear, and progress depends on consistency, environment, and the dog’s individual learning history. This program is designed to build skills and regulation thoughtfully rather than provide quick fixes.
