Program focus
Core provides additional time to build, progress, and generalize skills across a wider range of situations.
With eight sessions, we have more room to develop foundational skills, adjust the training as your dog progresses, and work in increasingly relevant environments when appropriate.
Core may be a good fit for:
Dogs working on several training or behavior goals
Puppies and adolescents who would benefit from continued support as skills develop
Reactivity, over-arousal, or difficulty disengaging
Confidence building and behavior around unfamiliar people, dogs, or environments
Goals that require more repetition, progression, or real-world practice
Handlers who want more ongoing coaching and support than Foundations provides

Core (8 sessions): $995
Payment plan options are available and can be discussed during the consultation.
Session structure
Sessions are scheduled in one-hour blocks, but training is paced around the individual dog and the work we're doing.
For some dogs or exercises, shorter periods of active training are more productive than working continuously for an hour. When appropriate, we'll use shorter sessions and carry the remaining time forward within the program.
This allows us to prioritize productive training rather than keeping a dog working simply to fill the scheduled hour.
