Comprehensive Behavior

10 Private Sessions

Program focus

This program is designed for dogs with more complex, layered, or long-standing behavior concerns that require extended support and flexible pacing.

It is a good fit for dogs who:

  • experience behavior challenges across multiple environments

  • need slower progression and repeated exposure

  • benefit from ongoing handler coaching and refinement

This program allows for deeper work over time while supporting both the dog and handler throughout the process.

  • Strategically chosen public environments as appropriate

Session structure & use of time

Sessions are structured to support the dog’s learning capacity and emotional regulation on a given day.

While sessions are scheduled in one-hour blocks, the amount of active training time may vary based on the dog’s arousal level, threshold, and the type of work we are focusing on.

Depending on the session, active training time may range from approximately 15 to 60 minutes.

Shorter sessions are often intentional and reflect best practices in behavior work, where learning is most effective when the dog remains under threshold and able to process information.

Any unused time from a session is banked and carried forward within the program. This allows us to work flexibly, prioritize quality over duration, and adjust session length as needed without loss of value to the client.

What to expect

Behavior change often unfolds gradually. This program prioritizes thoughtful pacing, safety, and long-term skill development rather than rapid outcomes.
